a. All prices for the Products are listed in Nepali Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges. The final price, including taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed at the checkout.

b. Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept Cash on Delivery and eSewa Payment. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. We will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.

b. Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided during the order process.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. We have a seven days return policy, which means you can return the Products within seven days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once we have received and inspected the returned Products.

6. Warranty

a. Our Products come with a limited months or year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

b. To claim warranty service, please contact our Howlers support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
