6. The buyer must contact GAUBESI (our official delivery partner) and drop the goods in the best conditions, along with the box and contents, along with the original bills, to the nearest available facility.
7. The refund will be initiated after receiving the product at the company’s station and will take about 2–5 days to receive the amount in their requested bank accounts.
8. E-wallet refunds are currently not feasible. Kindly give your bank details for the refund.
