Terms & Condition:
- Eligibility: The 7-day return policy is applicable only to purchases of Asta Wolf tech accessories listed above.
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of product delivery to initiate a return After this period, the return request will not be accepted.
- Return Reason: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should not have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear beyond what is necessary to try the product. Please retain all original tags, labels, and protective
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team via email or phone. They will guide you through the return process and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Valid Reason to Return an Item:
- Defective or Malfunctioning Product: If the product is not working as intended or has manufacturing defects, customers are eligible for a return. This includes issues like non-functional buttons, faulty charging ports, or audio connectivity
- Wrong Item Received: If customers receive the wrong product or a different variant than what they ordered, they can request a return for the correct
- Damaged During Transit: If the product arrives with visible damage or has been mishandled during shipping, customers can request a return for a replacement or
- Unsatisfactory Performance: If the product does not meet the expected performance standards, customers may initiate a return.
6. Shipping Policy:
- For order values above 700, customers are entitled to free shipping for up to 2 returns.
- For order values below 700, customers are entitled to free shipping for 1 return.
7. Return Process: Delivery services will be responsible for receiving the returned product from the designated delivery address mentioned while placing the order.
8. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If the product meets our return criteria, a replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Exclusions: The return policy does not cover returns due to customer mishandling, accidental damage, change in mind or product tampering. Additionally, software, licensed products, or products with personalized engravings cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
